Feeling Stressed: That's Actually A Good Thing

Are you stressed about work? We don’t blame you, but did you know you can use that stress to your advantage? That's right! Stress can actually be your friend.

Don’t believe us? Check out psychologist, Kelly McGonigal’s TED talk below on how stress is a sign that your life has meaning. For over a decade, Dr. McGonigal told her clients to avoid stress, but now, suggests that stress is actually good for you. But, you don't get off that easy. You have to face stress head-on.

Researchers at Yale and Cambridge Universities are at the forefront, discovering the vital role that perception plays in stress levels. Essentially, stress doesn’t mean that there is something wrong, but that you’re invested in what you’re doing – which is totally awesome!

So don’t sweat stressful days. It’s a good thing! You care about what you’re doing, where you are, and where you’re going!
